I love eating this for breakfast or as a snack it tastes amazing and has a wonderful consistency. You have to prepare it then leave it to soak up and get delicious so best to do it in the evening before if you want to enjoy it for breakfast.
1 TBSP Chia Seeds
3/4 Cup Whole Rolled Oats
3/4 Cup Almond Milk
Handful Frozen Berries (I used Raspberries and Blueberries)
1 TBSP Honey or 1 Date chopped or both (For extra sweetness)
Option to add almond butter or top with almond butter or top with chopped almonds/ walnuts
Mix the oats, chia seeds and berries in a container. Add the Almond Milk and mix all together so the oat mixture is covered by the Milk. Add in the frozen berries and Stir. Now Stir in Honey or a Chopped Date. Leave in the fridge over night. Wake up take it out cover it with almond butter, or chopped nuts, or honey if you haven’t added it into the chia pudding!
