Kale Crisps



I’ve gotten in the habit of making my own Kale Crisps and they are just so easy and delicious I had to share. 

Big bunch of Kale washed

1 TBSP Coconut Oil

Himalayan Salt / Black Pepper

Melt your Coconut Oil in the oven, add the Kale coating it all, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste bake until crispy I do it at 150 for about 10 minutes but watch yours!

Have them alongside your dinner, I cut up an avocado, peppers and cucumber and had some falafel too!
