I decided to make some homemade muesli to tide me over when I need something more in the mornings. It turned out unbelievably good, so I thought i’d share my concoction to inspire you to make some muesli of your own.
I basically walked around Real Foods and picked out random things I liked, then got home and mixed them together. Here is the special combination;
1 Cup Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
1/4 Cup Goji Berries
1/4 Cup Cacao Nibs
1/2 Cup Rolled Oats
1/4 Cup Chopped Hazelnuts
2 TBSP Bee Pollen
Mix all of those together and you’ve got yourself a wonderful muesli, I’ve been having mine with Almond Milk or Kefir. You can add fresh berries or raisins if thats your thing or alternatively add some melted coconut oil and maple syrup, bang it in the oven for 10 minutes and you have some homemade granola! I’m going to do a more detailed recipe and instruction on how to make your own granola soon so watch the space.
Let me know if you try it out or what you put it yours!
