I travel a lot and seem to find myself constantly moving places with different resources and supplies (I’m not complaining, promise)! I just got back yesterday and find travel makes me feel really out of sorts so I blended up this smoothie to break my fast and it was so great I thought i’d share!
Pina Colada Blueberry Blend
1 Handful of Pineapple and mango (I used frozen)
1 Handful of Blueberries (I used Fresh)
1/2 Cup unsweetened Almond Milk (I topped up the rest of the smoothie with some water but you can add more almond milk)
1 Teaspoon shredded coconut and more for sprinkling over the top
Option to add 1 teaspoon of Flaxseed (I added a milled flaxseed, sunflower seed and goji berry blend)
Option to add a sweetener such as honey or coconut sugar but I found it sweet enough with the pineapple and banana!
